- Yoga instructor Zoraida Lopez believes that we are all yogis and are on a journey toward peace. Having taught novice to advanced students across the country, she can adapt my classes to a range of ages and abilities. Zoraida earned my yoga certification at the Integral Yoga Institute in San Francisco, California.
When Zoraida is not on her yoga mat, she can be found with a camera in her hand. As an avid photographer, Zoraida finds the process of focusing her mind while she is taking pictures calming to the spirit.
"As yoga instructor and a photographer, I have come to realize that creating, regardless of the medium, allows me the space and breathing room to tap into my subconscious. Like yoga, the process of creating images comes from the inside out. Although I frequently have very specific ideas about what I intend to capture in the scenes I shoot, I tend to discover that my subconscious is in charge." Zoraida
